Oreo Truffles

Yield: approximately 4 dozen truffles
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. (1 lb. 2 oz.) Oreos or Golden Oreos
- 2 pkg. (8 squares each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted or white chocolate
Directions:
- Set aside 5 Oreos and throw the rest in a food processor until they are finely crumbled
- Mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese.
- Form mixture into 1" balls and place onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
- Refrigerate at least 15 minutes
- Melt the chocolate.
- Coat balls with chocolate and return to the lined cookie sheet.
- Crush the remaining 5 cookies in the food processor and sprinkle crumbs on the wet truffles.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
